Price Updates

We continue to move prices to reflect the fair retail value 'out there'. In the summer we adjusted 'down' many of the boxed- and non-perishables due to the higher value of the Canadian dollar, and we are recently finding that prices on these items have now spiked (likely due to the fall of the dollar). Prices on fresh fruits and vegetables have likewise spiked, and it seems the selection is slimming. These situations are unprecedented and are difficult to predict. Please bear with us as some orders may be subject to unavailabiity or substitutions.

We are working on a system to reduce the delivery fees for those of you who order smaller orders on a weekly basis. In the new year we will be adding a few items in a Special Value section - value packs (for example shampoo that comes with a sample conditioner, or bulk packs of your favourite snacks).
